Full Job Description

Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service.
Manage all guest late check-in's and early check outs
Showing guests to the rooms and explaining facilities
Help guests carrying luggage to and from their rooms
Looking after keys and left luggage
Answering all out off hour calls from guests and contractors
Dealing alone with problems arising in the night; if necessary transferring guests into a different room
In event of emergency ensuring all guests are safely evacuated
carrying out tasks to assist the morning team
carrying out basic cleaning duties.

The Spice of Life is a brand newly refurbished pub and boutique B&B in the heart of Soho, London. We are now recruiting for a Night Porter to help us maintain guest services, and the smooth running of the business. The working hours are 11.30pm to 7.30am 5 days out of 7.
