Night Porter

As a Night Porter, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome, outstanding service and a safe, comfortable stay throughout the night. You'll be a key member of the overnight team, providing support across the hotel and helping to maintain the high standards our guests expect. Your night with Team Carden:

• Delivering exceptional guest service throughout the night, anticipating and responding to guests' needs with professionalism and care.
• Welcoming guests with efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
• Making and Delivering room service orders promptly and courteously.
• Maintaining the cleanliness, presentation and organisation of public areas to the highest standard.
• Carrying out regular security and safety checks across the resort, ensuring a secure environment for guests, visitors and colleagues.
• Supporting other departments overnight to ensure the smooth running of hotel operations.

  Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality or customer service environment (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, flexible and can-do attitude.
• The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Confidence working independently and taking responsibility during overnight shifts.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the highest standards of service.
• Full clean Driving License is desirable, Providing world class service is at the heart of everything we do. You will need to be a natural night owl who can work well in a team. Providing excellent guest service will come naturally to you and you will have a keen eye for detail whilst keeping the hotel in a good appearance. Confidence with computers is required. You will work well in a team, as well as the ability to work independently when required. We are looking for someone to be remarkable, with a good eye for detail who takes pride in providing the best possible service.
