Full Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Night Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team at one of London's leading luxury restaurants. This role is essential to the smooth running of the kitchen and perfect for someone who takes pride in cleanliness, organisation, and supporting a busy brigade in a fast-paced environment., As a Night Kitchen Porter, you will support the kitchen and service teams by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation.,
- Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Keeping kitchen areas clean, organised, and safe at all times
- Assisting with basic food preparation when required
- Managing waste, recycling, and deliveries correctly
- Following all health & safety and hygiene procedures
Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is preferred - Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen
- Eligible to live and work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
