Night Hygiene Operative

We're looking for a Cleaner who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules. Contract: Full Time Type: Permanent Hours: 45 hours per week Pay: £14.16 per hour Shift Pattern : Mon-Fri (19:30-5:00) Location: Blue Earth Foods, 9B Oxleasow Road, Redditch, Worcestershire, England, B98 0RE Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service
What we're looking for:
• Ability to communicate and read basic English
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
• Flexible and proactive approach to work
• Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour
