Full Job Description

  • Ensure the smooth running of the Front Office during the night shift, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for all guests.
  • Provide a warm, professional, and efficient check-in and check-out experience while handling guest enquiries and requests promptly.
  • Complete required night audit procedures accurately, ensuring daily financial transactions are reconciled and reported.
  • Build positive working relationships with all hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed handover reports and communicate key information to the daytime team to ensure continuity of service.

    You are a driven hospitality professional who enjoys delivering outstanding guest experiences. You have excellent communication andorganisationalskills, with the ability to remain calm and professional when working independently at night.
    • A natural problem-solver, you take pride in maintaining high standards of service, safety, and attention to detail. Previous experience in a hotel front office role is desirable.
