Night Front Office Agent

Act as the main point of contact for guests throughout the night, delivering exceptional service and support
Welcome late arrivals and assist with overnight check-ins and early departures
Handle guest enquiries, requests and concerns promptly, professionally and efficiently
Complete nightly auditing procedures, ensuring all guest accounts, charges and financial transactions are processed accurately
Prepare operational reports and complete overnight administrative tasks to support the wider resort operation
Work closely with Security, Housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth and effective overnight operation
Monitor public areas and maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues
Anticipate guest needs and take every opportunity to exceed expectations
Ensure all overnight procedures and compliance requirements are completed to company standards
Deliver a smooth handover to the daytime Front Office team, ensuring the resort is ready for a successful day ahead

Strong attention to detail when completing administrative and auditing tasks
The ability to remain calm under pressure and confidently resolve guest queries

A commitment to providing a safe, welcoming and memorable experience for every guest
Previous experience in a hotel, customer service or front office role would be advantageous, although full training will be provided, All applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK. Documentary evidence of eligibility will be required as part of the recruitment process in line with current UK Visas and Immigration regulations.
