As a Night Chef de Partie , you will take ownership of the kitchen operations during the overnight shift, ensuring the preparation and delivery of high-quality food for in-room dining, overnight guest requests and early-morning operations. Working independently and as part of the wider culinary team, you will maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene and organisation while ensuring the kitchen is fully prepared for the day ahead.

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie within a luxury hotel, fine dining or high-quality restaurant environment.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
• The ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight shifts.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
• The ability to maintain high standards under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
