What we offer: £15.25 per hour Refer a friend scheme (up to £1000) Ongoing career development & fully funded training up to QCF Level 5 Blue Light discount package Company pension scheme On-demand pay Were looking for: Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK At least 2 years experience in social care QCF Level 2 (or above) This is a full time role working 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends Please note this is a position working night shifts Your role: Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship Support residents with personal care and daily living Encourage independence and
