Night Care Team Leader

The Night Care Team Leader plays a vital role in ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and person-centred care throughout the night. Working within our residential and nursing care services, the postholder will lead and support the night care team, ensuring high standards of care are consistently maintained while promoting residents dignity, wellbeing, independence, and quality of life. The role combines hands-on care delivery with leadership responsibilities, including supervising staff, coordinating shift activities, administering medication, responding to resident needs, and maintaining accurate records. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional looking to develop their leadership skills while making a meaningful difference to the lives of older people., We are looking for a caring, motivated, and experienced Night Care Team Leader to join our care team. You will lead shifts during the night, provide guidance and support to care staff, and ensure residents receive high-quality care tailored to their individual needs. The role includes supporting with personal care, medication administration, staff supervision, shift coordination, and communication with managers, families, and healthcare professionals where required. The successful candidate will have previous experience supervising within a care environment, a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent, and a passion for delivering excellent person-centred care. Experience supporting older people, including those living with dementia, is highly desirable.
