Full Job Description

  • Plan and manage delivery of quality care to our residents alongside a team of Senior Care and Care Assistants
  • Ensure your team are supported and have guidance throughout their shift
  • Administration of medication to residents
  • Liaising with external medical professionals and resident's families
  • Ensuring care is delivered to the highest standards in line with Care South's
    • Who are we looking for: A natural leader within our caring profession! We want someone who can make a positive impact on the lives of our residents - you'll also need to be able to inspire and nurture your team to be at their best every day. You'll have completed an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and be fully competent in medication administration. If this sounds like you then we would love for you to join the team!

    Night Care Team Leader - Competitive pay rate of £14.15 - £15.35 per hour 36 hours over 3 nights, to include alternate weekends We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Care Team Leader to join the team at Alexandra House, our residential care home located a short distance from Ashley Road, the hub of Parkstone, Poole, Dorset.
