Full Job Description
- Providing personal care and support, including assistance with washing, dressing, grooming and toileting, as well as assisting with meals, hydration and nutritional care.
- Assisting residents with daily activities promoting independence
- Building positive and professional relationships with residents, families and colleagues
- Follow individual personalised care plans
- Working as a part of a team to deliver high quality of person- centred care
- Ensuring residents are safe and comfortable through the night.
You'll be naturally compassionate and patient, it is not necessary to have previous experience of working in a similar care environment because as long as you have a positive attitude and good communication skills, our first-class training will do the rest. - You'll be willing to undertake all aspects of care to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of our residents.
- Training will be provided.
- A willingness to be trained and to achieve Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
- The ability to work shifts (including weekends and evenings).
- You must be aged 18 years or over to apply for this job., An Overseas Police Check/ Certificate of Good Conduct may be required if you have lived or worked outside the UK for 12 Months or more, spent a significant period overseas, or worked abroad in a position of trust. This will be in addition to a mandatory Enhanced DBS check.
