The Role of a Care Assistant

  • Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
  • Assist with medication administration and recording.
  • Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
  • Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
  • Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
  • Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being.
  • Work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.

About You

  • You don't need previous care experience. What matters most is your kindness and motivation to help others.
  • No experience needed; full training provided.
  • Compassionate, patient, and great with people.
  • Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship).
  • Able to work alternate weekends.

This position is working 36 hours per week to include alternating weekends.
