Night Care Assistant

We are looking for a Night Care Assistant to join our team. The Night Care Assistant will provide the home's residents with a detailed care plan and assist with all aspects of personal care. Night Care Assistant Duties and Responsibilities Carry out care and cleaning duties throughout the waking night shift, following each resident's individual care plan and the company's values of Commitment, Connection and Compassion Use the Mobile Care Monitoring (MCM) system effectively and maintain accurate, legible documentation Provide high?quality personal care with dignity and respect, supporting independence, appropriate dress, mobility needs and use of personal aids Support residents with meals, refreshments and dining?area preparation, ensuring a calm and respectful atmosphere Observe, record and report any changes in residents' physical, emotional or psychological wellbeing to senior staff Support residents' social, emotional and cultural needs, contributing to activities and helping them use the environment-including outdoor spaces-safely and fully Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment, including housekeeping tasks, infection?control cleaning and ensuring clothing and linen are cared for appropriately Act as a keyworker in line with home guidelines and assist with admissions, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents, relatives and visitors Participate in reviews, assessments, handovers, staff meetings, training, supervisions and appraisals while maintaining confidentiality Understand and follow B&M Care Quality Management System policies, procedures and medication?awareness guidelines Am I the right person for this Night Care Assistant job?
