Full Job Description
- Prepare and bake a variety of items, including:
- Quiches and savoury tarts
- Sweet tarts and pastries
- Viennoiseries (croissants, pains au chocolat, etc.)
- Artisan breads
- Follow recipes accurately to maintain consistent quality
- Measure and mix ingredients correctly
- Operate commercial baking equipment (full training provided)
- Monitor baking processes and adjust timing as needed
- Pack delivery orders
- Maintain strict food hygiene and safety standards
- Clean and maintain all work areas, tools, and equipment
We are looking for a motivated Night Baker / Cook to join our artisan production team. This role involves preparing and baking a variety of products, including quiches, tarts, viennoiseries, and breads, as well as packing customer orders. No prior experience is required - full training will be provided. We are seeking someone reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn., No previous experience required - full training provided - Strong interest in baking or food production
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working night shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time-management and organisational skills Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
- Basic understanding of food handling or kitchen practices
