Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when working to solve complex challenges.
Manage arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out) processes for all guests.
Manage guest accounting at the hotel and ensure billing accuracy.
Assist the Night Manager with daily overbooking levels and work with all departments to ensure maximum occupancy.
Ensure that all guests are charged the correct rate based on the sales strategy and website.
Resolve all doubts and problems of guests with enthusiasm and timeliness.
Ensure that all phone calls are answered as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Monitor guests and their properties to ensure safety risks are minimized.
Assist the Night Manager with daily closing procedures (End of Day).
Ensure data accuracy across all systems.
Report any maintenance issues to the correct department and verify that the work has been completed.
Ensure maximum occupancy and 100% guest satisfaction.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to Guest Services Managers and the Front Office Manager.

Experience in the hotel or leisure industry in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
High level of verbal and written communication skills, computer skills and some understanding of GDS systems.
Experience with Micros Fidelio Opera or a similar front desk operating system.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus!
You have a lot of experience in successfully handling different types of requests.
