Full Job Description
- Drive new business growth across a defined NHS territory, building on an existing base of 70+ Trust customers
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of strategic, six-figure opportunities from discovery through to close
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior NHS leaders and digital transformation teams
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with rigour and a consultative approach
- Deliver compelling demonstrations, proposals and business cases that speak the NHS's language
- Work closely with the executive, product and delivery teams to ensure every deal lands well
A proven enterprise B2B software sales professional with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets - Demonstrable experience selling into the NHS - this is essential
- Someone who can navigate complex stakeholder environments without losing momentum
- Confident building business cases, articulating ROI and influencing at board and C-suite level
- An exceptional communicator and relationship-builder - credible, consultative, and persistent
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives with autonomy and accountability
