NHS Locum Consultant Psychiatrist in Older Adult Inpatient

The post holder will have responsibility for the clinical care of those patients admitted to the in-patient unit on the ward. The post holder will also be expected to work closely with the team and the ward manager to ensure the provision of an effective service. You must have full GMC registration and be on the Specialist Register, with an appropriate CCT or equivalent or be within six months of obtaining your CCT on the date of the AAC.

This is a full-time NHS Locum Consultant post within the Older Adult Functional Inpatient Mental Health Service, based at Ruby Ward at The Crystal Centre, Broomfield Hospital. Ruby Ward is a 17-bed functional older adult unit serving Chelmsford, Maldon and Braintree.
