An exciting 1 year Fixed Term/Secondment opportunity has arisen for an HPV IT Support officer to work within within the Pathology IT Team supporting the North East and Yorkshire Cervical Screening Service.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to support the North East and Yorkshire Cervical Screening Service on a day to day basis, the role covers ICE system testing, user training and support, system development and day to day system maintenance., Able to use initiative and work to tight deadlines.
The successful candidate will be educated to a degree level or have the equivalent experience and have working knowledge of Microsoft Windows packages and an understanding of the Core Trust Systems.
A flexible approach to working arrangements is essential to meet service needs, which may include working evenings, early mornings and weekend if the project requires.
Based in the North East of England we provide a range of hospital and community health services from our leading facilities, including the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Blaydon urgent care centre and Bensham Hospital, all within Gateshead.
