What is the Children's Social Work Academy? Our Academy provides a strong foundation for your career, ensuring you have the tools, experiences, and support to succeed. 12-month structured programme at our Academy, learning and working together with your peers, the team manager and advanced practitioner. Time spent with host teams and shadowing experienced practitioners Enhanced supervision and support throughout your Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE). Access to coaching, mentoring, and guidance from experienced Social Workers.We'll help you transition from student to confident professional, developing your core skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality social work practice.
