Newly Qualified Preceptee Nurse (RNLD)

As a newly qualified Registered Nurse, this role at Elysium Healthcare offers you the opportunity to begin your career with comprehensive support and training through their Preceptorship Academy. You will work in a medium secure and low secure unit, providing personalized care and treatment to patients with mental health conditions, while also receiving professional development opportunities to grow into a confident and autonomous nurse., As a preceptee nurse, you will work 37.5 hours per week (12-hour shifts) at Thornford Park, where you will help people with mental health conditions through their recovery pathway to lead as fulfilling and independent a life as possible. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, providing personalized assessment and treatment programs for males with mental illness, complex care needs, or personality disorders. The role will involve a variety of tasks and responsibilities, with plenty of opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge.
