Thats 12 months of expert support, training and supervision to help you apply your academic knowledge in real life situations. Thats on top of your new role helping to change the lives of others and making a difference. As a preceptee nurse, youll work 37.5 hours per week (12 hour shifts) at Thornford Park where you will help people with mental health conditions through their recovery pathway to lead as fulfilling and independent life as possible. No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, a good amount of routine and colleagues
