Newly Qualified Nurse - Thoracic and Oesophagogastric Surgery

Work with all members of the Ward/Department clinical team within the multi- disciplinary framework. Maintain a high standard of patient care under the direction of the Ward/Department Sister/Charge Nurse., As a registered nurse on the ward you will be responsible for a cohort of patients, providing bed side care. Working along side the management team to provide excellent patient care in a supportive environment. Teaching and coaching will be available at all times. We look forward to meeting you soon.

Are you a dynamic and motivated student Adult Nurse? Looking to learn lots of new skills working in a highly specialist supportive unit?

If this sounds like you then we would love to hear from you. We are seeking to recruit a Registered Band 5 Nurse to complement our team. As Thoracic and Oesophagogastric surgical unit we work very closely as a multidisciplinary team and have a dedicated and skilled nursing team as well as therapy and medical staff. Dilham- TOGU is one of a few units across the country providing specialist support for Oesophagogastric and Thoracic patients., At NNUH, we are pleased to offer a variety of services such as on-site childcare and a number of cafes and shops to support local businesses and charities. Our staff members have the opportunity to become 'Freedom to Speak Up' guardians. We support flexible working in order to encourage a healthy work/life balance.
