• Preceptorship Lead Midwife - here to talk you through our structured preceptorship programme, what support you can expect and how we help you build confidence in your first 12-18 months
• Practice Development Team- ready to share insights into ongoing learning, clinical skills development and how we nurture your growth as a newly qualified midwife
• Current Band 5 Midwives - an honest, friendly Q&A with those who were in your shoes not long ago. You can ask about their experiences, challenges and what they love about working here with us
