Full Job Description
We're looking for a driven and personable New Homes Sales Consultant to support sales across a portfolio of developments in Pinner, Ealing, and the surrounding areas.
This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll be based in our dedicated New Homes office while regularly spending time on-site, hosting viewings, supporting launch events, and guiding buyers through their journey from first enquiry to completion.
Success in this role comes from building strong relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and confidently managing a pipeline of buyers across multiple developments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture enquiries across all active developments, matching buyers to the most suitable schemes
Conduct office-based appointments and accompany buyers on viewings across multiple sites
Proactively follow up leads via phone, email, and database activity to generate viewings and reservations
Cross-sell between developments to ensure buyers are aligned with the right opportunity
Keep applicants informed of new releases, pricing updates, and upcoming launch events
Support and represent developments at launch days, open house events, and marketing campaigns
Guide buyers through the full sales journey from initial enquiry to reservation, exchange, and completion
Maintain accurate records using internal systems, including activity logs, feedback, and reporting
Work towards targets including viewings, reservations, exchanges, and financial services referrals
Liaise with developer clients, providing regular updates on performance, feedback, and market activity
Negotiate offers between buyers and developers to secure successful outcomes
Progress sales through to exchange and completion, working closely with solicitors and brokers
Regularly visit sites to stay up to date with product, build progress, and buyer experience
Monitor the local market, including competitor developments, pricing, and incentives
A confident relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable communicating across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage a busy pipeline independently
Knowledge of the new homes market, including schemes, incentives, and the buying process
Able to manage multiple developments and confidently recommend the right option to buyers
Target-driven with a strong work ethic and self-motivation
Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
Strong rapport-building ability with both buyers and developer clients
Willingness to work weekends, including launch events and open days
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission structure
Quarterly and annual performance awards
Salary sacrifice pension scheme
Generous holiday allowance, increasing with length of service (up to +5 additional days)
If you're looking for a role where you can build relationships, stay active, and genuinely influence sales across multiple developments, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in New Homes.
