New Car Sales Manager

+ You'll be responsible for managing and motivating a team of 8 Sales Executives, ensuring outstanding customer experiences while hitting new car volume, finance, and insurance targets. + You'll lead by example - working closely with customers, managing escalations, and supporting team development through coaching, performance management, and recognition. + You'll collaborate with your General Manager and colleagues across departments to deliver great commercial results and customer outcomes. + You'll play a key role in planning and delivering promotions, vehicle display and stock decisions, as well as managing financial forecasting and reporting.
