New Business Manager

Field-based role covering the North West, with a strong focus on Liverpool and surrounding key commercial areas. We're looking for high-energy, pure new business hunters who thrive on opening doors, challenging the status quo, and winning customers from competitors. This is not an account management role. You will not be inheriting a warm portfolio. You will build your own pipeline from scratch and win business through consistent, high-activity outbound prospecting and face-to-face engagement. • Identifying and winning new commercial customers through cold calling, door knocking, networking, referrals, and competitor targeting
• Building a detailed understanding of your local market, including key sectors, decision-makers, and existing supplier arrangements
• Actively targeting businesses already using competitors (including major regional players such as West Wallasey)
• Creating tailored, consultative solutions across our full vehicle and support services
• Owning the full sales cycle from first contact through to close
• Working closely with central support teams to build compelling proposals and win new contracts

Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 per annum enhanced by a fantastic commission scheme plus a company car. Our New Business Managers see a realistic OTE of £70,000, top performers in this role are hitting their commission cap of £77,500 on-top of salary.
