New Business Consultant

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to identify new business opportunities
Handle inbound enquiries professionally, converting them into qualified appointments
Schedule and manage appointments for property valuation experts
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within the CRM system
Work towards individual and team targets, contributing to overall business growth
Develop a strong understanding of company services and market position to effectively communicate value to clients
Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to support continuous improvement of sales strategies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional telephone manner
Proven ability to work in a high-energy, target-driven environment
Resilient, self-motivated, and able to maintain performance under pressure
Organised and able to manage time effectively to handle multiple enquiries
IT literate, with experience using CRM systems or similar platforms

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our team as a New Business Consultant based in Solihull. The salary package on offer is up to £40,000 OTE dependent on experience.
