New Build Conveyancer

A great opportunity has arisen for a Senior New Build Conveyancer to join our Plot Sales team in Manchester. You'll be responsible for providing a comprehensive and efficient service to our House Builder clients, managing part exchange matters from reservation through to post-completion. What will I be doing

• Taking primary responsibility for part exchange files and associated conveyancing matters.
• Miscellaneous estate management and conveyancing related new build work
• Preparing and issuing contract packs, responding to enquiries, and producing clear, concise reports on title.
• Proactively managing transactions to meet or exceed client deadlines and expectations.
• Acting as a key point of contact, maintaining strong client relationships and providing regular progress updates.
• Handling completion processes, including preparing completion statements and billing clients.
• Managing post-completion work, including promptly dealing with requisitions.
• Maintaining and managing your own caseload using our case management system, and supervising / supporting junior conveyancers where needed., Agencies - please note that we are not currently instructing agents to support with this role. Please do not send speculative CVs.
  
  Experience of residential conveyancing transactions, including part exchanges, and an awareness of the housebuilding process.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and case management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work on your own initiative and as a member of the plot sales team.
• The ability to provide outstanding client service and build strong relationships.
