Full Job Description
The post holder will be the senior nurse in operational management, responsible for all operational issues associated with the nursing teams. This will involve providing guidance and support, working with nurses, other clinicians, multidisciplinary teams and other departments in the development of the nursing teams., To operationally manage the nursing teams in the department of Neuroradiology across the Trust ensuring the delivery of modern, high quality, patient centred services.
To provide day to day visible, accessible and authoritative nursing leadership in clinical areas.
To deal efficiently and in a professional manner enquiries from both patients and staff internally and externally.
This role is eligible for visa sponsorship under the UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) Skilled Worker route. Sponsorship can only be provided where applicants meet the specific requirements set by UKVI, including the relevant skill and salary thresholds, and any role-specific criteria. For example, applicants for the Senior HCA role must be able to evidence a minimum of 2 years' experience in the same role to qualify for sponsorship.
