Are you passionate about improving outcomes for neurodivergent children and young people? Do you have experience working with schools, families and professionals to promote inclusive, strengths-based approaches?

We are seeking a Neurodiversity Support Adviser/Worker to join our developing Neurodiversity Support Team within Education Services. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape support for neurodivergent children and young people, including those with emerging neurodivergent profiles, ensuring they can thrive both at home and in education settings regardless of diagnosis status.

Working closely with schools, families and partner agencies, you will provide advice, training and practical support that enables educational settings to meet the needs of neurodivergent learners through child-centred, evidence-informed and neuro-affirming approaches.
