Full Job Description
of a two-person team, typically alongside an experienced Network Engineer or Improver, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.Full training will be provided, including specialist jointing training where required.What you'll be doingInspecting LV electricity distribution assets, substations and associated equipmentCarrying out routine maintenance and condition assessmentsIdentifying network defects and arranging remedial worksSupporting fault response and network restoration activitiesUndertaking LV switching operations (following training and authorisation)Installing network monitoring equipmentSupporting commissioning and energisation of new network assetsProducing accurate inspection reports and technical recordsWorking safely in accordance with Electricity at Work Regulations and company proceduresParticipating in an on-call rota following trainingWhat we're looking forWe're interested in hearing from candidates who have, EssentialQualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or
