Full Job Description
Optimize network and energy performance across telecom tower infrastructure, focusing on efficiency, reliability, and cost reduction., Monitor and improve network and energy performance metrics.
Drive energy optimization initiatives (diesel reduction, hybrid solutions, renewables).
Analyze data and implement performance improvements.
Collaborate with operations and engineering teams.
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Telecom Engineering.
8-12+ years experience in telecom energy or network performance.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Experience with energy systems (generators, batteries, solar).
Must be based in London/UK.
French & English proficiency required.
African diaspora talent, priority DRC / Francophone Africa.
