Neonates Junior Clinical Fellow

This is a replacement post and an ideal opportunity for a suitably qualified individual looking to develop skills within a busy Local Neonatal Unit. The position will also allow the candidate to continue to meet their training and education objectives within their clinical responsibilities.,

• All junior residents work either a full or partial shift system.
• There are 3 groups of Specialist Trainees working in either Neonatal unit, Paediatric ED or on the Paediatric wards.
• Six Specialist Trainee Registrar's and nine Specialist Trainees work on the Neonatal Unit. No overlapping duties.
• Six Specialist Trainee Registrar's work for the general paediatric unit including PED.
• Up to three Specialist Trainee Registrar's work in community training posts with on call in the hospital., 1. Improving representation at senior levels of staff with disabilities, from black, Asian, and ethnic minorities background, identify as LGBTQ+ and women, through improved recruitment and leadership development
2. Widening access (anchor institution) and employability 3. Improving the experience of staff with disability 4. Improving the EDI literacy and confidence of trust staff through training and development 5. Making equalities mainstream
