We're now looking for a Neighbourhood Services Officer to join our dedicated Neighbourhood Services team and help us deliver exceptional tenancy and community services. Why Ocean Housing? You will: Deliver high-quality estate and tenancy management services Build strong relationships with tenants, partners and local agencies Carry out tenancy visits, inspections, and support sustainability Respond proactively to tenancy breaches, ASB, safeguarding and housing issues Support vulnerable customers with empathy and professionalism Help shape neighbourhood improvements and community initiatives Be an ambassador for Ocean Housing and our values every day This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where no two days are the same - and where your contribution has a direct positive impact on people's lives.
Customer-focused - passionate about delivering excellent service Resilient and empathetic - calm under pressure and sensitive to residents' needs A strong communicator - confident, clear and professional Organised and proactive - able to manage a busy caseload A team player - supportive, collaborative and positive IT-literate - confident in using MS Office and case management systems Essential Experience Includes:
- Dealing with customers in challenging or sensitive situations
- Delivering face-to-face customer service
- Administration and accurate record-keeping A Level (or Level 3 equivalent) is required. Housing-related qualifications or CIH membership are desirable, but not essential. Other Requirements
