Neighbourhood Services Manager

Are you passionate about delivering excellent housing services and building strong, safe communities? At Moat, we're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Neighbourhood Services Manager to join our team and take ownership of a diverse housing portfolio.

In this role, you'll be the face of Moat in our communities-managing tenancies and leases, ensuring high standards in estate services, and responding swiftly to anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches. You'll work closely with residents, contractors, and managing agents to ensure our neighbourhoods are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

What you'll be doing:

Conducting regular estate inspections and monitoring cleaning and gardening contracts

Managing tenancy and leasehold queries in line with service standards

Ensuring managing agents deliver value-for-money services

Taking prompt enforcement action on ASB and tenancy breaches

Supporting new tenants and shared owners through sign-ups and onboarding

Handling complaints and ensuring compliance with the Housing Ombudsman Code

Fulfilling our safeguarding obligations, ensuring that vulnerable residents are signposted to key agencies and providing appropriate support in our capacity as landlord
