Identify and report community safety concerns, environmental issues, and anti-social behaviour.

Encourage and support residents to share information and intelligence safely and confidently.

Work alongside Cleveland Police and partner agencies to address local priorities. Support vulnerable residents and signpost them to appropriate services.

Please note the working pattern for this role is 8am - 8pm, over a 7-day week including weekends. The current shift pattern follows a 12-hour shift pattern working four days on and four days off across the calendar year.

Together, we build confidence, grow skills, and make a real difference - by learning together, we achieve together.
