Band 7 - Neighbourhood Project Manager (Fixed Term 12 months - with a view to extension) A fantastic and exciting opportunity has arisen within Whittington Health NHS Trust for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in supporting the implementation of neighbourhood health in the vibrant and diverse London Borough of Haringey. This role will form part of a joint team, hosted across GP Federation and Whittington Health NHS Trust. Both organisations have a strong and established history of working together to improve health outcomes for Haringey's diverse communities. Serving some of the most deprived areas in the country, we draw on complementary strengths, deep local insight and a shared commitment to delivering high-quality, equitable care. The post-holder will project manage the Neighbourhood testbed programme (2026-2027), working within a wider Programme Management Office, supporting both the Haringey Neighbourhood test bed scope and the wider aims of Haringey's Neighborhood programme and possible future partnerships or expansion of scope. You will join an ambitious and inclusive partnership shaping the future of integrated care in Haringey. You will work closely with clinicians, community partners and system leaders to support residents in a more connected, preventative and person-centred way. - Support development of neighbourhood-based modelt of proactice LTC care.
- Build and mainatin strong working relationships across GP practices, community services, acute trusts and system partners.
- Co-ordinate the delivery and coordination of all activities across the Neighbourhood pillars.
- Embed systems for capturing and reporting on key indicators and facilitating a culture of continuous improvement
- Maintain comprehensive project plans and programme documentation
- Monitor progress against KPIs and milestones, providing accurate and timely reporting.
- Work collaboratively with clinical and operational leads to embed change and improvement methodologies in General Practice.
- Facilitate cross-borough collaboration and knowledge sharing. Governance & Reporting
- Provide project management support to enabling task and finish working groups across digital, estates, workforce, population health management & communications
- Maintain and regularly update the programme tracker, RAID log, KPI dashboard, and action log.
- Support the production of financial reports under the direction of the Programme Manager
- Support the development of business cases, budget proposals, and progress reports for governance boards. Team Leadership and Development
- Provide project support to wider neighbourhood test bed staff
