  • What will you bring: You'll have experience and confidence in:
  • Working with multiple agencies, including Police, Social Services and Mental Health Services.
  • Managing ASB cases, including evidence gathering and enforcement action.
  • Managing safeguarding concerns and cases, including assessing risk and making appropriate referrals.
  • Supporting and managing cases involving vulnerable tenants with complex needs.
  • Managing challenging and high-risk situations, using professional judgement and appropriate escalation.
  • Carrying a complex caseload, prioritising competing demands and progressing cases to resolution.
  • Undertaking home visits and community-based casework, including situations where there may be conflict or risk.
  • Maintaining accurate, professional case records and documenting decisions, actions and outcomes.

You'll be part of a supportive team that values compassion, accountability and community impact. In return, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills, take ownership of your work and help create places where tenants are proud to live.
