Summary
Practical instruction in regards on water activities to NGB/requirement/standards.
Supervision of all instructors.
Line management of Yacht Skippers.
Deputise for WAC Manager in their absence.
Manage Yacht Skipper leave and absence.
Conduct on water training and assurance as required by the RNAT HQ.
Manage staff training and CPD as required to ensure staff complete a minimum of 5 days.
Maintain an up-to-date record of all staff qualifications.
