Key Responsibilities

• Play a key leadership role in financial management, reporting, and strategic decision-making.


• Support the Group Chief Executive Officer and provide sound financial advice to the members and senior management colleagues to help drive financial sustainability across the organisation.


• Oversee financial governance to ensure compliance with company law, maintain company records, and report relevant changes to Companies House and HMRC.


• Manage a talented Finance Team across England and Scotland supported by the Deputy Head of Finance.
