- Hunting: Build a robust new business pipeline to ensure MOMA grows faster than the competition.
- Farming: Manage our existing base of wholesalers, buyers and sales teams to maximise every opportunity.
- Strategy: Work with leadership to craft tailored growth plans for purchasing groups and independent businesses.
- Execution: Take ownership of sales forecasting, promotional calendars and trade marketing.
- Ambassadorship: Represent the brand at major trade shows and industry events. What you'll bring...
- Experience in account management within an FMCG environment.
- Understanding of P&L management, forecasting and business development.
- Proven ability to build and deliver joint business plans and negotiate effectively to drive results.
- Experience managing senior-level relationships internally and externally; ability to influence decision-makers and present at various organisational levels.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency with CRM, forecasting tools and Google Office.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
