Full Job Description
The Role: This is a relationship-based, child-led role, focused on building trust, emotional safety and co-regulation. You'll support both boys through calm companionship, sensory activities, home education (where appropriate), interest-led play and emotional wellbeing. Duties also include light household support such as meal prep and laundry.
Driver: Preferred but not essential
Essential: Previous SEN/neurodivergent experience, swimmer, non-smoker/vaper.
Desirable: Experience with PDA, autistic burnout, home education, psychology, mental health, or therapeutic support., Who This Role Suits: An experienced, reflective and adaptable SEN professional with a calm, child-led approach. Ideal backgrounds include SEN, psychology, OT, youth work or mental health support.
