Named Account Executive - Aerospace & Defence

Our team sells the full Salesforce product portfolio into sub-verticals of the Aerospace & Defence industry, partnering with some of our most strategic enterprise customers. We are looking for a curious, commercially astute, and highly credible Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow a small number of strategic enterprise accounts within our Aerospace & Defence vertical. This is an enterprise-facing role where you will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, guiding customers through digital transformation and industry disruption while communicating Salesforce's differentiated value. As a trusted partner, you won't just sell AI agents - you'll work alongside them to accelerate revenue, from pipeline to your paycheck. This role is based in London, UK (hybrid). What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Develop and execute account strategies that align Salesforce's solutions with customer business objectives, driving digital transformation across the Aerospace & Defence industry.
• Build strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders across IT, Marketing, and Digital teams to position Salesforce as a long-term trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Solution Engineers, Industry Leads, and Customer Success to deliver tailored, value-based solutions that address key industry challenges.
• Meet and exceed pipeline and revenue targets, contributing to the growth of the Aerospace & Defence vertical.
  
  You have extensive experience selling enterprise software at scale, managing large and complex deal cycles.
• You understand customer business challenges and can clearly explain the value of Salesforce's solutions to address them.
• You are a self-starter who is driven and motivated, with a track record of achieving significant revenue targets.
• You are experienced working with partners, advisory firms, and cross-functional teams to drive results in fast-paced environments.
• You must hold a valid UK Security Clearance
