Musculoskeletal and Staff Physiotherapy Service Team Lead

Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Musculoskeletal Outpatients Physiotherapist looking to take the next step in your career? This fixed-term opportunity offers an exciting chance to lead and develop the Staff Physiotherapy Service alongside the Musculoskeletal Outpatients Service within the Brownsword Therapies Centre. You'll play a key role in shaping high-quality, patient-centred care while supporting and inspiring a dedicated multidisciplinary team., In this role, you will;

• Plan, co-ordinate, deliver and evaluate the outpatient Physiotherapy service on a day-to-day basis.
• Provide supervision, training and appraisals to the outpatient Physiotherapy team.
• Undertake advanced assessment and treatments to patients who may have diverse presentations.
• Manage the Staff Physiotherapy Service, assessing and treating staff members presenting with musculoskeletal conditions.
• Reporton progress of ongoingservice projects relating tolocal, divisional and trust wide objectives.
• Deputise for Deputy Head of Therapies - Outpatients in their absence.
