Multimedia Graphic Designer - D&B

As a Multimedia Graphic Designer, you'll take ownership of a wide range of design outputs-from tender submissions and pitch documents through to video, motion, and animation work that brings design narratives and projects to life. Working closely with designers, you'll create compelling presentations that capture attention, communicate vision, and elevate the story across every touchpoint. What This Job Involves:

• Designing and producing pitch decks, tender submissions, and credentials documents to a high standard.
• Taking ownership of the layout and visual clarity of bids, RFPs, and proposals, ensuring they are well-structured, precise, and easy to navigate.
• Developing branded materials including brochures, case studies, and digital presentations.
• Creating motion graphics, editing video content, and producing short animations to support project and marketing narratives.
• Working with videographers and the wider design team to develop engaging showreels and visual content.
• Ensuring consistency and quality across all outputs, maintaining strong and coherent visual standards.
  
  Minimum 2 years' Design & Build experience (essential requirement).
• Fluency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong passion for graphics and typography with natural design thinking abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and quick turnarounds.
• Forward-thinking mindset with drive to explore new ideas and approaches.
• Solid experience in graphics with knowledge of varied genres and styles.
• Excellent experience across bids, tenders, and pitch documents.
• Thoughtful, ideas-led approach with strong instinct for integrating motion, brand, and storytelling.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while delivering conceptual thinking and thoughtful execution.
