Ready to bring your language skills to an exciting customer experience role? We're on the lookout for a German & English speaking Customer Experience Consultant to join a friendly, fast-paced team supporting lottery customers across Germany.
What you'll do:
Handle inbound calls, emails and live chats - no query too big or small!
Provide personalised support that makes every customer interaction memorable
Work flexibly across shifts between 8am - 8pm (Mon - Sat)
Multilingual Customer Experience Consultant (German & English Speaking), A great telephone manner and top-notch written communication
Strong customer service skills - with a problem-solving mindset
Good numeracy and literacy
Previous call centre experience is a bonus, but not essential
Hybrid - London | 12.65 per hour + bonus (OTE)
