Full Job Description
Different Touch Property Services is seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Trader to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various trades, capable of carrying out a range of maintenance, repair, and refurbishment tasks across multiple properties. Responsibilities will include:
- General carpentry repairs (e.g., doors, frames, skirting boards)
- Basic plumbing (e.g., tap repairs, leak detection, unblocking drains)
- Minor electrical work (e.g., changing light fittings, fault finding)
- Plastering and rendering repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Tiling and flooring
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations.
We are looking for an individual who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage their time effectively. A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and excellent problem-solving skills are essential. Experience working in residential or commercial property maintenance is highly desirable.
