Multi Trade Operative - Voids

Join our Trades Team in Oxford and use your expertise to bring empty properties back to a high standard, ready for our customers to call home. As a Void Multi Trade Operative, you`ll carry out a range of repairs, improvements, surveys and measurements across our properties. You`ll take pride in your workmanship, work safely and efficiently, and deliver a professional service every step of the way. You`ll be field based, travelling to different locations throughout the week, with transport provided. What will you be doing? You`ll be a true multi-trader, carrying out routine and planned maintenance across a range of trades, including: Basic plumbing Carpentry and joinery Painting and decorating Plastering Wall and floor tiling Roofing General building maintenance and refurbishment You`ll also be responsible for using tools, plant and equipment safely and correctly, completing work to the required standards and managing your own workload to meet deadlines. Most importantly, you`ll represent GreenSquareAccord professionally, treating customers, colleagues and partners with respect and delivering a service you can be proud of. Are you; Experienced across several domestic maintenance trades. A Full UK Driving Licence - you ll be travelling between multiple locations each week, with transport provided.

The ability to plan, prioritise and manage your own workload. Good attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship. The ability to use hand-held electronic devices. A strong understanding of health and safety and the safe use of mechanical and non-mechanical equipment. Experience within the social housing sector would be an advantage.
