Multi Trade Operative (Responsive Repairs)

Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a Multi Trade background, plumbing and joinery experience essential.
The works include: Plumbing - Replacing or repairing sanitaryware, toilets, baths, shower trays, basins, refurbishment of shower heads and taps.
Repairs of watermains supplies, soil stacks and drainage,
Experience of maintenance and repair of vented and unvented hot water systems preferred but not essential.
Joinery - repairs of various doors, windows, kitchens, bathrooms and general handyman type duties to ensure functionality.
Working in tenanted properties on responsive repairs.
Social Housing experience is essential.
Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system.
Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively
Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes
Following Novus' exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards
NVQ Level 2/3 Joinery or Plumbing
Full UK driving license is required.
The role will also require a DBS check to be completed
