Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Multi Trader to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused reactive repairs and maintenance service across social housing properties in London. The postholder will working independently and as part of an in-house repairs team carrying out a wide range of multi-trade repairs to occupied and void properties, ensuring work is completed safely, right first time, and in line with organisational standards, statutory requirements, and customer expectations. Your accountabilities will include but not be limited to:
- Complete reactive repairs and minor planned works to a high standard, achieving "right first time" outcomes
- Diagnose faults accurately and apply appropriate repair solutions across multiple trades
- Work collaboratively with other operatives, supervisors, and schedulers to support service delivery
- Maintain stock, van, and tools in a clean, safe, and serviceable condition.
